Shipping Policy

At JerseyEdge, we ship custom jerseys and premium apparel worldwide with tracked delivery. This page explains processing times, delivery estimates, shipping fees, and other important terms.
Processing Time
- Order verification & processing: 2–4 business days.
- Custom / personalized items: add 2–3 business days for production before shipment.
- Cut-off time: Orders placed after 2:00 PM CST are processed the next business day.
Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery
We ship to the United States and internationally.
- Standard Shipping (US & most countries): 8–14 business days after dispatch.
- Tracking: You’ll receive a tracking email once your order ships.
Shipping Fees
- United States: $4.99 flat rate, or Free Shipping during promotional periods (discount will be shown at checkout).
- International (outside the US): $11.99 flat rate worldwide.
Taxes, Duties & Customs
International orders may be subject to import duties/taxes charged by the destination country. These charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in our prices or shipping fees.
Address Changes & Undeliverable Packages
- Please contact support@jerseyedge.com ASAP if you need to change the shipping address before dispatch.
- If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect/undeliverable address or refusal, we can reship to a corrected address (additional shipping may apply).
Delays & Force Majeure
We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs inspections, severe weather, or other events beyond our control. We’ll assist with tracking and carrier claims where possible.
Lost or Damaged in Transit
- If tracking shows delivered but you didn’t receive it, first check with household members/neighbors and your local post office.
- For damage or loss, contact us within 7 days of the delivery date with photos and your order number so we can help file a claim and arrange a solution.
Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
A confirmation email with tracking details is sent when your order ships. You can track your order until it is delivered.
