Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to shop with confidence. Because many of our items are custom-made, this policy clarifies when returns, exchanges, and refunds apply.


Return Window & Eligibility

  • Non-custom items (e.g., standard hoodies/jackets): return or exchange within 30 days of delivery if unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags/packaging.
  • Custom & personalized products (names, numbers, team design): final sale and not returnable unless:
    • Manufacturing defect/damage on arrival, or
    • Customization error caused by JerseyEdge (wrong name/number/design).

Exchanges

Eligible items can be exchanged for a different size/color/product. Exchanges are processed after the original item is received and inspected.

How to Request a Return/Refund

  1. Email support@jerseyedge.com within 7 days of delivery for defects/incorrect customization (attach clear photos).
  2. Include your order number, reason, and photos (if applicable). Our team will review and issue an RMA/return instructions if approved.
  3. Once received and inspected, we’ll confirm eligibility and process your exchange or refund.

Who Pays Return Shipping?

  • If the issue is our fault (defect or incorrect customization), we’ll cover return shipping or provide a replacement at no cost.
  • For change-of-mind returns on eligible non-custom items, the customer is responsible for return shipping.

Refunds

  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
  • Please allow 5–10 business days after our approval for the refund to appear (bank/card processing times vary).

Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom jerseys with correct personalization
  • Final sale/clearance items
  • Items worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery

Order Changes & Cancellations

  • We begin processing quickly. To request a change or cancellation, contact us within 12 hours of placing the order. After production starts, cancellations may not be possible.
