Can I Modify My Order After Placing It?

Yes, you may request changes such as size adjustments, shipping address updates, or customization details within 24 hours of placing your order.

  • To request a modification, please email us immediately at support@jerseyedge.com with your order number and the details you’d like to update.

  • After the 24-hour window, we cannot guarantee modifications, as your order may already be in production or prepared for shipping.

Can I Cancel My Order?

  • Non-Custom Products (hoodies, jackets, etc.): You may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.

  • Custom Jerseys & Personalized Items: Because these items are made to order, cancellations are only possible within 24 hours of purchase. Once production has started, we cannot cancel or refund the order unless there is a manufacturing error.

Exceptions for Defects or Errors

If your product arrives with a manufacturing defect, printing error, or incorrect customization, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Our support team will review your case and provide a replacement or refund where applicable.

Why We Limit Cancellations on Custom Jerseys

Each custom jersey is specially made to your order specifications using premium printing or embroidery. Once production begins, we cannot reuse or resell the product, which is why cancellations must be requested quickly.
